Dual Wrap Around (Octa Square Arch) –  OT2-DWA1-EL

New dual wrap around equipment allows for more thorough car cleaning while minimizing the space taken up in the tunnel.  By utilizing a single Octa Square Arch and a symmetric design pattern, the OT2-DWA1-EL utilizes common components and set-up AVW customers are very familiar with.  The supporting legs have been updated to support load from both sides of the arch, while having equal distribution of load assures consistency of equipment in operation.

DESIGN DETAILS:  Replicated support structure and brushes from single Wrap Around.  Triple extension mounting legs.  Access window for equipment mounting and adjustment.

LED Posters/Digital Signage

• Eye-catching, customizable signage for car washes. Both interior and exterior.
• Can be purchased as a standalone item or combined to make arches, full walls, and more.

New Manuals

New Manuals are incorporating many standard and customized equipment variations as part of a single equipment type manual as opposed to individual variation manuals.  The new manuals feature Technical Information, Installation, and Maintenance sections which are helpful for determining requirements for environment and controls used for and around the equipment.  Accessory pages have also been added for easy determination of the right equipment for customer needs.

Towel Dispenser

**ARRIVING SUMMER 2025**  

The AVW Towel Dispenser provides customers with quick and convenient towel dispensing option for internal and external vehicle detailing needs.  By selecting an appropriate cleaning option, a specifically formulized chemical is sprayed onto a dispensed towel.  The cabinet for the dispenser is made with a sleek design that hides all mechanisms internally for a clean customer-facing side. Features options for stick on or screen integrated advertising/marketing.

DESIGN DETAILS:  Telescoping and pivoting hinge.  A combination industrial drawer telescoping and standard jam hinge mechanism allows the service door to hide all hinge mechanisms.  There are a pair of keyed locks assuring security and easy access for re-filling cleaning chemicals and towels.  The dispenser is designed with a mounting stand which can be customized based on customer needs and easily fastened to the cabinet.
