AVW will accept for return and credit (whole or partial) any unused parts, unless sold as part of an assembly, custom-made/modified parts, or electronic parts. Used parts may only be returned for credit in the event of manufacturer defect. All parts returned may be subjected to a minimum 20% restocking fee. OEM manufactured parts are subject to OEM warranties, exclusions, and limitations. All parts must be packaged in such a manner as to prevent damage during transit, which would void any claim. Customer pays all shipping costs.
You will be notified by our team within 1 business days if your RGA submission has been approved. Upon approval you will receive an RGA number and shipping instructions. DO NOT ship without an RGA number. RGA is valid for 45 days from the date of issue.
