The Problem

Zach Hetsel, Owner and Operator of Zach’s Instant Service Car Wash, purchased an existing site and needed to upgrade it to a high-performing site in under 2 months.

The Solution

Simplicity of Design: Luckily for Zach, the site already had some stainless steel AVW equipment installed. A few replaced parts and the 10-year-old equipment was back to running like new.

Less downtime: Our products use the same parts across different equipment, so Zach only needs to stock a few spare parts to back up his entire tunnel.

Stainless-steel dual belt conveyor: For the rest of the site, Zach swapped the existing equipment with AVW’s latest and greatest, including AVW’s all stainless-steel dual belt conveyor.

Conclusion

With the new system installed, Zach was able to reach his production goals of 190 cars/hour all while completing the project on his tight schedule of just 7 weeks.
