Operating as a synchronized pair for driver and passenger sides, this side blaster tracks vehicles as they move through the tunnel, maintaining an optimal distance to lift heavy soil from intricate wheel designs. Built from heavy-duty stainless steel, it provides dependable service in harsh, wet commercial wash environments.
Rotary Swirling Action & Versatile Drive Options
Engineered to maximize surface contact without damaging vehicle finishes, this advanced pivoting wheel washer incorporates an 8-nozzle swirling manifold block (SB2ADAB) that spins high-impact water jets into hard-to-reach contours. Operating as a versatile high pressure wheel cleaner, the system uses a dual-motion mechanism: an oscillating air cylinder (2″ x 3″) provides smooth tracking pivot, while a dedicated drive system powers the rotary swirling action.
Operators can choose between hydraulic drive setups (Parker Motor SB1AC) or electric configurations featuring a 1.5 HP SEW gearmotor (GRMTR-SEW-1-5HP-79RPM). This multi-axis cleaning motion delivers comprehensive coverage for tires, wheel wells, and rocker areas, functioning as a complete car wash wheel blaster solution.
