Built from heavy-duty stainless steel, it provides exceptional resistance to constant water splash and aggressive cleaning chemicals while delivering reliable daily operation.
Extended Dwell Time & Pit Grate Integration
By traveling along with the moving vehicle, this dynamic wheel blaster follower gives high-pressure spray nozzles significantly more dwell time on each tire and rim assembly. Operating as a low-profile car wash wheel follower, the compact unit mounts directly into the conveyor pit grating area of most wash tunnels without taking up valuable floor footprint or requiring major bay modifications.
Equipped with high-pressure nozzles calibrated for an optimal 8 GPM fluid delivery, this moving wheel blaster creates intense impact force to blast away soils from whitewalls, deep wheel wells, and multi-spoke alloy patterns.
